ATD OS Service Terms

• Credits & refunds: Credits are non-refundable once they have been used to generate an image.
• Unlock & credit packs: A one-time $9 unlock grants access to the generator and an initial batch of image credits. Additional credits may be purchased in $20 packs. Each successful image generation uses one credit.
• Your content: You are responsible for the content you generate and must hold all necessary rights to any images you upload as references. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Provided “as is”:ATD OS and its AI-generated output are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

Overview

ATD OS (the “Generator”) is a tool that helps you create custom designs and images for your own creative business. By using ATD OS, you agree to these Terms.

What Your Access Includes

Your one-time unlock grants you a personal commercial license to use the designs you generate to create and sell finished products — physical or digital items you make and sell to your own customers (shirts, stickers, notebooks, printables, and similar).

What You CAN Do

• Generate designs for your own business
• Use generated designs to create finished products you sell to your customers
• Sell those finished products on your own shops, marketplaces, or storefronts

What You CANNOT Do

You may not use ATD OS to generate content for mass distribution or redistribution to another business's members, subscribers, students, or community. ATD OS is intended to help you create products for your own business — not to supply content for someone else's subscription, membership, course, or digital library. Specifically, generated content may not be used as recurring or bulk content for:

• Facebook Groups, Patreon, Skool, or other communities (free or paid)
• Coaching programs, courses, or masterminds
• Resource libraries, design vaults, or digital download clubs
• Subscription boxes, monthly design clubs, or template memberships

…without a separate written license from All Thingz Digital.

Influencer, Agency & Enterprise Use

If you are an influencer, educator, coach, agency, course creator, membership owner, subscription business, template seller, reseller, or marketplace owner, and you intend to distribute generated content to your audience, you must obtain a separate Creator or Enterprise License before doing so. AI Content Redistribution

Generated content may be used to create and sell finished products. However, generated content may not be used as recurring content for another business, membership, subscription, course, coaching program, digital resource library, or community without a separate written license from All Thingz Digital.

Fair Use

ATD OS is designed to empower creators — not to replace or resell the platform itself. Any attempt to exploit the system beyond the intended commercial license may result in account suspension or termination.

Enforcement

Violations may result in: immediate account suspension; permanent account termination; revocation of commercial rights; removal of platform access without refund; and legal action where appropriate.

Changes to These Terms

All Thingz Digital reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ATD OS constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
