How ATD OS Handles Your Data & Images

To provide our AI design service, ATD OS shares data with the following third-party processors:

• Login & accounts: Clerk (stores your name and email).
• Payments: Stripe (processes your payment information; we never see or store your full card details).
• Database: Neon (stores your account, credit balance, and purchase records).
• AI image generation:WaveSpeed AI. When you generate an image, your text prompt is sent to WaveSpeed AI. When you upload a reference image, that image is transmitted to WaveSpeed AI for processing. Generated images are returned and may be temporarily hosted on WaveSpeed's servers. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.

If you upload photos of children, you are responsible for having the right to do so as their parent or guardian.
